Answered and could hear movement and breathing type noises but no one spoke, after I said hello a second time they hung up

One ring then hung up. Today I had been getting quotes for insurance, theres no doubt some of these people sell your numbers on.

A so called broker trying to sell electricity. I told them that we have solar panels and don t buy electricity, we sell it so would they like to buy some. They repeat call so obviously don t get the message.
