Fraud suspected,claims to be Virgin Media, did not try to verify any personal details or account details. Wants the IP address that they are supplying to me, at which point I ended call. I phoned this number back and it said THIS NUMBER IS UNRECOGNIZED so now I know. When I answered this number previously it was an Asian man with bad English from a lifestyle company doing surveys. I ve been a victim of fraud in the past so never do over the phone surveys especially from an Asian man with bad English. Also be careful when you phone someone afterwards as they are always still on the phone line.

Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! Thanks God when I hang i put him on hold , , he ended the call when i said it is a scam

Just had a call from financial justice stating that they were given my details due to PPI potential claims. I expressed that I didn t give my consent for the information to be shared with them and would like their details. Clearly they wouldn t give me that and then I looked them up online and the company was dissolved in 2014! Very fishy!!

ANY call about your computer, broadband, router, viruses, hacked IP address, etc., will ALWAYS BE A SCAM. Block the number on your phone. For a mobile, refer to the manufacturer...

This number calls at least 3 times a day, i do not bother to answer it but its really quite annoying especially as i work from home!!

Called and said they were "UK Insurance Group" regarding a recent minor collision. Told them that if they were genuine, they were misinformed, but that I suspected they were cold callers trying to scam me. When asked to give evidence of their identity, or details of when and where this collision supposedly took place, they hung up.

Buy a CPR callblocker - stops them dead and they can't call again. It has a big red button for blocking calls and you can programme in over 1000 numbers.
