Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. Repeated calls over a period of a month. Then switched to UNKNOWN number and continued to call. Each caller was direct and rather nasty. When I called them up on the fact they got rather hostile and continued to call.

A recorded message with a female American voice purporting to be from Amazon informing that a £399.00 phone had been bought using our account - if this was not so "Press 1". Did not press 1. Have checked our account and no such transaction had been registered.

I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up! I called this time a year ago inquiring for insurance for someone else in my family. after the first 3 calls today they would then only let it ring just under 2 rings!

daily harassment! 9 times out of 10 from numbers starting 07794. No company has sent me a letter re need for payment, the 1 company it could?ve been doesn?t use capquest so I assume they are chasing a statute barred debt again. In fact capquest haven?t sent a letter either funnily enough, then they wonder why i wont give out my details for ?data protection purposes?!!! My data is already not protected!!

Any annoying woman from Compare My Policy based in Manchester keeps calling to sell policies that I have never asked for nor am I interested in. She is rude and disrespectully informal considering they want to win my business. She then get's offended when I express my anger that they are calling yet again and blow them off.
