I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Don t know how they got my cell number. I don t know anyone/company in Birmingham. Just another scam merchant. I blocked their call and didn t give them the chance to say anything.

I know these are a debt collection agency. They have been calling at least twice a week for the last few weeks. Get a recorded message on answer phone to call them back. I am not in debt so i dont know why they are calling? I have no reason to call them.

If you a BT phone put in 1572 option 1 it will block future calls you need to press the 1 two times but instructions given on phone to block

This numbers was trying ask me some personal questions in order to find out that if I am entitle to get a refund. I said what refund? Her said my job is to find out weather you are entitle or not. When I refused to answer it , he hung up straight away. Very rude and strange.
