My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

Beware 'HMRC' phone scam

I answered and it was literally nothing maybe a bit of breathing but nothing else! So confused.

Sending texts every day, to chase a debt that I do not owe. I want to bring harassment charges against them, also I want to arrive to their offices and slice open their throats. Watch this space.

Called 8 times in last 7 days, calls every month usually the first two weeks of the month, Liverpool number has been reported numerous times on various caller ID sites as harrassment scam insurance accident claims and high cost premium rate phone number if you try to call back a deliberate missed call as they only let it ring once

Typical "Road Accident" cold caller.

Had a missed call off this number on Monday at half past 4. Tried to call back, just got an automated voice saying 'inbound' then it went dead.

I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number. They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan. Either way, you know it s a scam. I like to have fun with them. They have all been Filipino until today where the caller was of African descent. Someone called Alex phoned and said a nember of my family had been involved in a recent car accident. I said that wasn t true and he put the phone down. I ve been getting a lot of "you can make a claim" calls recently.

This company who has called from this number has scammed my partner who is very ill in hospital over 1000 pound
