Calls my mobile every other day twice a day. Foolishly answered it last summer and i think it was either PPI or have u had an accident. They still calling me. Very annoying.

Callers already had information otherwise not publicly available, including number, current and past locations, etc.

I have received so many calls from those people. I have once spoke with a woman, I told her to stop bothering me, she says "OK, you want be called anymore". Few days ago I got a call from the same people, this time was an Indian guy. I explain to him that I don t want to talk to him and he kept speaking, I told him that I have opted for TPS, and he says to me "That s not a problem, I just want to explain you what we offer". 2nd time from this caller apparantly from Microsoft telling me my computor has been hacked and will be put out of action. Getting very anoying and could be intimidating to some.

Was a call center with a whole host of background noise of other people talking on other phones. Said I couldn t hear what they were saying twice and then they just hung up.

Energy Guard cold call. Told me I had asbestos in my lost. Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. He hung up!

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. If you use an insurance comparison site, they will pass your number on to The Claims Guys, who will pester you with calls about reclaiming PPI payments. Use this number on the comparison site to give them a taste of their own medicine, and prevent them from ringing you.
