This number is for Rare and Valuable They make silent calls. They do not stop calling even after you say do not call and remove my number. They email spam even after you have unsubscribe. I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

SCAM they called me saying there from Australia government talking incentives asking how much money I have in super. But they don't tell you anything just ask for how much is in your account

Asian b*tch said she was calling from M& S. Asked name postcode and if I am over 51 then ended call. M &S. Said it was scam not to give any info which I didn't. No to look out for 0117 9629497

Man with strong Indian accent called about a supposed accident from someone at my number. I asked who he was calling from, he paused to think for a minute and then said something with accident in the name but it wasn't the same as the 'Accident Legal Advice' one above. Told him I had nothing to do with that company and put the phone down. Clearly a scam.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with insurance marketing, car accidents.

Hung up when I told him "I would not answer any questions until He identified himself". Caller was Asian Male.

Yes, mine was a foreign sounding man too; said the same thing - that he was from windows and my computer was misbehaving. I didn't say anything but just hung up. i suspect if I had gone along with the scam, I would have messed up my computer.
