Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Crackly line, called at 7pm saying I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (which isn t true), someone called Natasha, couldn t get the name of the company even after asking twice. She hung up as soon as I started speaking with "No..." Annoying disruption of my evening!!

I received a text, supposedly from HSBC, advising me that a "payment was attempted to a new payee" and including the following link: https://hs-mobilebanking-paymentsupport.com/hsbc/login The link page it directs you to looks the same as the genuine HSBC login page BUT it is a hoax - DO NOT USE THIS WEBPAGE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. As I said, it looks good but the give-away is the fact that the links on the page do not work.

Got a call off a generic sounding girl called Hannah who was adamant that I have had an accident recently. I kept saying I haven t and she hung up. I rang back and asked why she hung up (which she didn t answer). She persisted to know about my accident history. Sound very dodgy to me
up to 15 calls a day getting really hacked off.. sometimes calling 3am always different accent different names give ie gas company insurance sales etc etc. but always same number.. whoever it is can f****k off and leave me alone
