Voicemail left from what appears to be a computer generated source stating that she was an old aged pensioner and accusing me of stealing her phone. Not very nice as this was left on my daughters phone and we have had the contract for over 2 years.

Claimed that my internet was going to be disconnected, and to press 1 to talk to my ISP. I pressed '1' for fun and when answered I said that I thought it was a scam and wondered why I was being called. The person on the other end of the line swore at me for about 10 seconds and then hung up on me. All great fun.

My partner had filled out some online surveys recently which was about gaining free samples etc. This was mentioned over the call and then offered him £20 worth of petrol or diesel vouchers, but would need his bank details over the phone to pay for postage. Fraud. The female caller (with a strange accent) said she representing Star Financial Services in the USA, and claimed they are currently engaged in a hostile takeover of Prudential Plc. so they wanted to buy my shares but first needed me to sign a non-disclosure agreement. They wanted my email address to send the documents. I said no, even tho they had my correct name and home phone number. I googled the company and they only have 5 employees and a non-phone number listed on BBB in the US.
Seemed suspicious, person with very strong asian accent asking for my email address. Did. not give a reason so hung up.
