SCAM Received a call from this number, apparently MAUK or Motor Assist UK, talking about me being owed a minimum of £1800 from an RTA that I hadn't had. Didn't know any details about the accident they were talking about and asked me to provide details which is difficult as I hadn't had the accidentthey were talking about. I asked them to donate the money to charity on my behalf which seemed to confuse them and lead to them hanging up. Previously seem to have been using 0203 with varying other numbers.
Automated American voice saying Amazon Prime is due for renewal at US$39.99. Clearly a scam.

Found a missed call from this number. I don't know anyone in Doncaster and I haven't got any dealings in the area. I'm not going to answer if they call again.

Had a call asking if I was Miss H. I confirmed I was and he said I am calling about your Dyson, that is if you still have it. I told him I do not have a Dyson and have never had one. This is a complete SCAM.
I phoned this number back and it said THIS NUMBER IS UNRECOGNIZED so now I know. When I answered this number previously it was an Asian man with bad English from a lifestyle company doing surveys. I ve been a victim of fraud in the past so never do over the phone surveys especially from an Asian man with bad English. Also be careful when you phone someone afterwards as they are always still on the phone line.

Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.

On my Landine, 01238037258 called, an female american-ish, said they were from amazon prime and I should press "1" to talk to somebody. I just put the phone down. First nuisance call of that type for a while.

I had letters and calls from Taurus which I stupidly ignored. I was taken to Court and at the hearing a hearing a gentleman advised me to discuss debt issues. He said Taurus Debt Recovery have a lot of account holders on benefits and they have a friendly and supportive team. I would encourage anyone with debts with them to talk to Taurus. If you don t contact them they will issue court claims and or issue bankruptcy.

Very well spoken male gave his name as Christian informed me my washing machine insurence had expired and he was calling with regard to me renewing it. I was suspicious of this and asked the name of his company which he informed me was White Goods UK. As I have never heard of them I asked which washing machine and he said theBosch. As mine is a Hotpoint I knew he was a scam or fraud. He then tried banter before resulting to cheek when the word police was mentioned I hung up before he could get offensive
