SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. SCAM 07920 351494 automated voice saying internet section of my bank (but did not say which bank) and that they have stopped a £600 transfer to Western Union and for me to press 1 to speak to an adviser. I hung up believing this to be a scam call.
This was a call from Reassured Insurance, following my request for an online quote. No online quote given but follow up phone calls from a local number in my area. They do not seem to have any office in my local area. I would not deal with a company that uses such tactics.

I have had 3 calls from this number all claiming to BT and requesting I log in for a variety of reasons, first I had a problem with the internet, Secondly they put the phone down when I took the phone from the missus and today apparently my internet was going to be cut off in 3 days. They put the phone down when I requested they tell me what my IP address was. Can t think why. Do not under any circumstances allow them remote access!!!
