Rung my house at 3:15 am when i got up i dialed 1471 to be given the number. Tried to call it back and was unavailable number not recognised.

Said they had heard I worked for a factory. I said I have never worked in a factory and they put the phone down. They knew my name?? Immediately blocked the number on my mobile and did a search on the internet when I got home. Will now download your tellows app.

Yet again this number rang and when I answered it was terminated at their end

caller was very faint - stated that a sum of money will be added to my account and requested that I press number 1. I hung up.

Got a call from a guy asking me if i had problems with my ears of if i had worked in a noisy environment. Hung up when i said no. Called the number to see who they were and where they were from but the number is not recognised.

They re not UK numbers, so UK authorities have no jurisdiction over where or who they are.

A man from a call centre with Asian accent claiming to from "Connecting Customers" wanting survey answers.

ditto - false warning pages on your browsers saying virus. Ditto - web site virusprotectionteam.com Wouldn't trust anyone in Liverpool anyway!!!!

This number is for C.A.R.S or Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions. They are a genuine debt collection agency so I would suggest speaking to them if they are trying to contact you.

Caller had my name, postcode, an email address. Claimed a competition win and 10 free euro millions tickets. Wanted bank info and £39 monthly. Guaranteed to win! Confused about who they represented. Online search has no winners only reports of a scam.

Just called, I said hello twice, but they then hung up without saying anything.

Say nothing; leave them holding indefinitely. If they call back, phone 101 and report them to the Police (as I have).
