Guy contacted me on Grinder - a gay dating app; and pushes you to register in a shady crypto website. He is very insistent, for days, sending messages, etc. I checked the reputation of the site he was recommending: coinup, and realized it was a scam.
Hoax call - claiming to be from the housing disrepair company.
This number was attached to a scam text telling me a virgin money account (not a customer) was placed on hold. All false.

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

Have been called repeatedly by this number. This caller follows typical silent call behaviour by hanging up as soon as my answerphone switches over to record a message. Anyone legitimate would leave a message. High probability this is at best a cold sales call.

Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Caller claimed to be from EE customer service, told me I have a good credit rating and I was inline for an upgrade, I informed her I was not an EE customer so then she said I must be an O2 customer, I told her I wasnt and she then droppped the carrier on me as I was suspicious.
