SCAM states that it is hmrc with regard to an unpaid tax bill, press one to speak to a scammer. i asked them when they were going to come and arrest me and she hung up on me.
Calls then when you pick up and say hello - they hang up. You can call the number back but it s either engaged or a dead tone??? Very strange!!

This seems to be some kind of estate agency call centre. They called me apparently representing Burchell Edwards from Derby, so I guess they work for a number of agents chasing up dead leads
Said they were from LA DWP and the power would be shut off today due to a balance on the account. 3 calls from various numbers within an hour and gave a different number to call back

The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details.
