Caller is Black Pearl Claims who deal with PPI. They use several different telephone numbers to call from.

third call today 9/2/16, finally spoke to someone who said they were from a company called DIRECT RECOVERY. when challenged about no of calls hung up instantly, very very annoying.

01164-362003 and 362005 both called today - I didn't answer either - had 005 call before but no message left. Just more nuisance calls

Calls repeatedly, no speech then hangs up after a few seconds. Looks like a local number, but starts with a 4 not a 6, so very suspicious.
