Recovery Direct called me, this is the second call from another Claims company. I told them that this is an unsolicited call and who ever sold them my data has done so illegally, the handler amazingly told me that some insurance companies sell under the radar...WOW!

The question she asked (3 times despite me saying I need to end the call) required a yes or no answer and she was quite aggressive in tone. I have seen info on scam calls recording you saying yes to hack your bank, and this sprang to mind during the call.

See previous comment. These Jingly bar stewards just call a slightly different number making the BT call blocker a complete and utter waste of timer. BT are just a bunch of fraudsters as well and will do nothing to prevent these nuisance calls as are the Government and Offcom. Another valid point is that when someone states on their merchandise "STOPS UP TO 99% OF NUSIANCE CALLS" I would suggest that 1% is up to 99% and they should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act.

Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Received an automated phone call fom this number saying I'd had two amounts of money removed from my account. No money has gone missing. Do not reply to the message.
