This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. The person who had my mobile number before me was in debt. This debt has now been passed on to Lowell who continue to ring me on an almost daily basis from various numbers. There is never a human on the other end, always a recorded message, so I can't tell them that they have the wrong number.
