Fraud Called at 13:05 19.03.2021 stating that they were ringing from Thames Water as there is a suspected leak from the property. Wanted me to confirm the first line of my address and postcode. I said I could not talk as I was at work and that I would call back.
Obviously these callers dont want to speak with old owners. because they asked for the new owner (claiming to call from the registration service). I said im the old one, then they hung up. Very strange!

SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. We have been charged by BT 7 times since January. I contacted BT in April, who insisted we made the calls. We don t know who this persons is, have never called them. Eventually they said they would take it up with Complaints. Nothing heard. Our latest BT bill shows two payments for this number - about to complain yet again. Is it significant that the calls are always 24p.
Calls from "BT" and "Openreach" are always scams as the real companies will never call you unless you ask then to.
