What a cheek! as I did not ask to be called by pests on a Friday evening and would prefer not be called again.

this is the usual scammers call pretending to be from BT and wanting you to visit a website that installs a virus etc. Sounds like an Indian call center. Advise you to talk to them for a long as possible to annoy them.
