This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. This number called my son yesterday and today; he's only 18 and new to all this so yesterday he brought the phone down to me to talk to them. As soon as I said "Can I help you" they hung up. Before that, they said they were O2, asked how he was, then asked if he was over 18 and in the UK. Now if they genuinely were O2, they would surely have the answers to those questions already.
