They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients - O2, charities... Rang today asking for Mrs Badmore . When I advised they had the wrong number the man got very cross saying he knew he didn t have the wrong number. Then he started to say that the reason for his call was to say that he loved me/her (Mrs Badmore). I said that if that was the case he d know her first name and put the phone down. Idiot.
