This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Received call from 02082312509 from a man with a foreign accent asking to discuss your car accident - needless to say, I haven t had one (and I am TPS registered). Put the phone down before he could get much further. Steer clear.

They called,said I was due a refund from a credit card. I immediately told them I was registered with TPS and that I did not want to be called again by them. Chap on the line got a bit arsy and said "well if you don t want a refund then" at which point I hung up
