Claim that insurance cover on your washing machine and freezer is coming to an end & they need to send your new policy documents...And at the same time they will send you details for a new D.D mandate., However before asking for your address they ask for your Bank Sort Code and Account Code. When you refuse to provide they turn snotty and say they can't complete the policy and close the call down. Clearly a SCAM to get your bank details and address
