Thanks for making me aware of whats happening re above number. Its lovely just to leave them talking to themselves and paying for the call. Doesn t cause me any problems at all, no stress, problem is all theirs as is the cost!

Just had this number call - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. My advice, which works a treat: tell all your real contacts to call you for the first 4 or 5 beeps, then to put the phone down. if you google this number it only links to being a number that people call, not that they call from this number.

Explained I was registered with TPS, said it didn t apply to them then hung up while I was talking.

Got a call from a guy asking me if i had problems with my ears of if i had worked in a noisy environment. Hung up when i said no. Called the number to see who they were and where they were from but the number is not recognised.

caller left a message just saying "thankyou" and disconnected. dont know who they are so didnt call back.

Typical **** auto recorded message about debt consolidation preying on the financially reckless, vulnerable and so on - as if anyone in this world would be stupid enough to sign up to anything with no prior knowledge on a cold call. If you see this number disconnect or let it ring out, nothing to be gained.

Received calls on a few occasions, pretending t be from Domestic & General - Foreign accent- Stating from Domestic & General- Washing Machine guarantee ran out. Last time.

Male caller rang from this number at lunchtime today. A bit of a waffle introduction, but eventually got round to the subject - an invitation to a free financial seminar (apparently people are really interested in it because of low interest rates). But he declined any request to put his information pack in the post to me. Pretty sure its a scam that should be avoided.

Apparently calls from this number hang up before you can even answer the phone. No voice message left. Those who ring back that number to see who it was will find they are ringi...

When I answered the call they hung up - very frustrating called the number back and was told I was in a queue for the next available Agent - AVOID!!!

I answered a call from 01916404749. A man said its the Football Pools company but he wasnt able to tell me where he got my number. Seems to be untrustworthy.
