Irritating man keeps calling asking me to upgrade my phone with him
had 5 calls per day for the last 2 weeks, finally had enough and answered them, wished I hadn't. I had a non-fault car accident in Jan 2015 - these people claimed they could help me get some cash for me for the injuries I'd had (I didn't have any), and the amount of time I stayed in the hospital (I didn't), the amount of time I had to take off work (I didn't) etc, etc. Knew a lot about my accident, but didn't have the name of the road the accident was on, what car I had, where I lived. Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.

This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. Note: They will tell you they have your details on record but this is not the case they are just cold calling people

SCAM text message received from this number claiming to be from HSBC. Message states it detected new device used for HSBC access and to click on link provided to confirm device. Can't think why a bank would use a mobile phone number to text messages to it's customers. I'm not even a customer of HSBC and the location map of the number shows it in the middle of a field of nowhere!
