I just kept on saying Hello repeatedly as if I couldn't hear them. Makes their day.

Call centre ringing at least 5 times a day

Said they were from Seagull Expert Finance and were ringing about a traffic accident. When asked where they got the information they said the RTA database and then hung up when I asked where that database is held.

This is a computer purporting to be HMRC HMRC WOULDNT KNOW MY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND WOULD CONTACT ME BY LETTER.

Very chirpy salesey type claiming to be from a police initiative on regional crime prevention. Wanted me to attend a lcal crime prevention meeting. Wanted my details. No way! I asked which station he was based at and he hung up. Scam in the making?

Fraud

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

SCAM. It could be that the caller ID is being spoofed as also showed 02036126009 at exactly the same time. This may well actually well be from overseas as was an Indian sounding woman with a lot of background call centre noise. And after lots of 'hello's', they eventually mentioned they were calling about BT-Openreach Internet - Which I don't have, so when I said I know this is a scam, they just hung-up!
