I think the callers are running some kind of scam. I got a phone call from them today, they said they were from 777 Euromillions & that i'd one a competition i'd entered on the Euromillions App to win loads of PlayStation vouchers. Firstly the app where you play Euromillions would be The National Lottery App because there isn't an official App for just the Euromillions, Secondly I've never entered a competition to win PlayStation vouchers. Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Pushy sales, can t even imagine what the service is like once you ve actually signed up!
