Rang at 1612, on a landline I have never used, rang out. I did 1471 to get number WGC as others, dead line when I called number, just ignore and block.

Started getting very aggressive and kept asking why and did I even know what the call was about. Told him not interested and he then got angry and called me a whore. SCAM Claims to be HMRC, asks you to push one as they are “shortly going to initiate legal action against you”. Press one and it’s “Richard William” with an Asian accent… asking for all of your details as you need to make an urgent payment… I told him that you called me, you know my details surely if you’re going to start legal action… he hung up????
This is a scam call looking to get investors to part with their hard earned money. Avoid like the plague

I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.
SCAMi have no idea of who or why I would receive a call from this address or area, they were silent upon answering this call..

Caller claimed to be from BT openreach calling about internet issues. They asked me to run a speed test and when I said I had 69 download and 18 upload they said that the difference was an issue. When I pointed out that it was always like that, and wasn't supposed to be the same they hung up. Obviously a scam.
