SCAM FRAUD FAKE multiple calls for MONTHS now. Really fed up with it. The number is blocked with BT call protect, but they still get through, no idea how. I leave my answering machine on 24/7 and don't call anyone back unless I now who they are. But, these people leave messages, which clogs up the machine, meaning that genuine callers cant leave a message. They need sorting once and for all.

Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.
