SCAM. Claimed to be BT Openreach regarding my apparently "hacked" internet (I don't have any internet in my name not am I a BT customer). Same script and same voice used as previous attempt from a different number. Do not give her any personal info. I wasted her time for a while then she got frustrated and hung up.

A lady from (Dell??) or (Delta??) calling herself 'Norah Jones'. Asks me if I'm still working [place], if my email is still [email] and if I'm still [function]. Smh she does know some stuff about me. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy.
