I got some harrassment calls from time to time. So I devised a script which I copy and paste. Feel free to do the same. Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

This is a legit number, however these people are thieves and liars - beware sending them anything, they will destropy your phone and charge you for the privilage.

Subcontinental-sounding told me I needed a box to stop nuisance calls - two pounds fifty a month for three years! Caller Display does it much cheaper and I don t usually answer calls from 0845- numbers. Curious this time.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!
