An Induan sounding man claiming to be from BT saying they had reports of problems with my internet connection. String them along for a while and asked eventually for him to give me my BT account number to prove he was from BT. Just talked me down saying it was my choice to believe him or not and eventually he hung up.

Thought it was strange as it felt fishy. Phoned Domestic and General who said it wasn't them so now we are covered by two companies. Now trying to get some money back from Domestic Assure.
