SCAM - Automated message sying that the HMRC have logged some fraud blah blah blah blah. Didn't listen to the whole thing, but clearly a scam.
Multiple silent calls
Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
Same as first comment above - came thro as a Penzance number and he claimed that MUC stood for Multi Universal Company which I'd never heard of, so hung up. Looked them up ...
They are (maybe!) Friends Provident. I have no pension or investment associated with this company. Cold calls are generally unwanted and I certainly do not want to keep receiving calls from a Company (is it?) which ignores the fact that I am registered for no marketing calls.
Funny enough, I saw it tonight in an advert for The Economist offering a free edition when you text the number you get a free copy, but now I've seen this history of the number and the fact it is listed on the web as a premium number but The Economist does say anything other than costs vary depending on your provider which isn't clear is it...

I got a call from the above number on 9th May 2014 early evening. I am Ex-Directory and registered with TPS to stop cold calls. Nems is a Market Research company so the law does not prevent them from annoying people by calling them. I frequently travel internationally with my work and to be woken up with a cold call when I am trying to get some sleep after 20 or more hours traveling is annoying beyond all belief. To be fair when I said we do not accept cold calls of any kind the girl said fair enough
