They phoned me a few minutes ago. The woman on the other end of the line knew my name, but asked to me confirm it. Then she went straight into her bullsh!t spiel:- "Our records show that you ve done industrial work in the past. Is that true?" Needless to say I ve never done any so-called "industrial work" in my entire life. So, the whole thing was just a fishing expedition. You know the really annoying thing? 01682 042536 TalkTalk informed of this number. Indian accented lady telling me my router had been hacked and I needed to switch it on, and also my PC, so they could fix it. They would also send me a new router. Send this or similar numbers to TalkTalk and they will block it from your phone. You could of course play along and tell them to 'wait a few minutes while you switch on your PC'.............then just leave them waiting until they get fed up.

Thought it was strange as it felt fishy. Phoned Domestic and General who said it wasn't them so now we are covered by two companies. Now trying to get some money back from Domestic Assure.
