This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (all 020347608xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?

Some advice for people harassed by utility callers - tell them you are in RENTED business premises and the landlord is responsible for the utility providers - they have no answer for this and are only to happy to end the call.
