Knew one of my email addresses plus my previous home address (haven't lived there for over a year). I've never contacted Aviva (double checked my emails to make sure afterwards), don't have life insurance, told him I didn't know what he was talking about. I answered the phone to get a recorded message 'from BT' saying my land line and internet were about to be disconnected. As I don't have a landline or BT internet I hung up. According to Google BT never make such calls.
