I had a call from 0131 968 2492 too today the latest in a long line of their calls,I have BT protect which stops them when you black list them but they keep ringing on different numbers! However I am really pleased with Call Protect as since I took it out

SCAM - pretends to be family member whose phone has been damaged. They then say urgent bill needs paying but cant pay via temporary phone so can you pay and they will pay you back tomorrow. I went along with it and they gave bank details which I didn't screenshot fast enough as I was angry but police would love to receive them if anyone gets them. When I exposed them as liars they gave my name and address with the threat of being round in 5 minutes!!!! Reported to police and action fraud.

I am contacted by this company three times a day and have tried every possible method to deter their calls but they are relentless. They try to get you to confirm your details and then pretend to know the expiry date on your credit card (year only) in an attempt to obtain your card details.
