SCAM This number called me today claiming to be from the carphone warehouse, i told them i didn't have an account with them they proceeded to say they knew and offered me a 'good deal' i said i was happy with my supplier! I was them shouted at by the caller telling me not to ring them again, i said i didn't, you rang me then the caller became abusive telling me not to answer the phone to them again!!! Complete Morons!

Automated call on 17th June 2022 saying from Scottish Gas. Can't remember what else it said but it said to Press 1. The minute I heard that I put the phone down. I am not with Scottish Gas anyway so presumed this is a scam call.

Very suspicious. Stated that I had incurred debt in several locations. Wanted to offer me a loan, and kept pushing to give a loan. Got angry when I accused them of being a scammer.
Called, hung up when answered... Likely scammers testing numbers.
Call from a SCAM gardening & landscaping firm (Tree & Landscaping Services) who send round a team (family members) who will not go away until paid large sums of money. My mother paid them over £600 for about an hour with a chainsaw cutting down healthy trees. They demanded payment in cash & took her to a bank to collect that. I reoprted the offenders to Greater Manchester police who refused to take action.

Telemarketing Sales call - supposedly from Three Mobile but I already have a business contract with Three and this caller is randomly trying to sell me a new handset. Sounds dodgy. Got a similar call a while ago and checked with actual Three and they didn't know anything about it. Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.
Automated voice called today claiming to be from Amazon and saying our subscription had lapsed and a sum of money (£90?) was going to be taken from our acct.
