These were calling me at least 3 times a day until I actually answered, then claiming to be RAC wanting me to add extra cover to my policy. Told them I wasn t interested, didn t have a call for a week or so and now they re off again! This is definately NOT RAC because I ve checked the number with them! This number called me and I questioned them on it. When they ask me if I use any of their cards, I said no. They hung up and refuse to accept the call.
Recorded message telling me there was an investigation on my national insurance number, suspected of being involved with fraud or something. Pressed 1 to be connected to an operator (might as well waste their time) but as soon as it connected they hung up on me. Phone scammers not wanting to take a phone call? HOW do they expect to defraud me of money if they won't even talk to me? :-)
Just answered a call from this number and was told they were looking to speak to S MacDonald which is myself. They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Girl was rude and very blunt on the with her responses. I will not confirm any details unless I know who is calling but she refused to disclose that to me. Hung up
