I answered the phone to get a recorded message 'from BT' saying my land line and internet were about to be disconnected. As I don't have a landline or BT internet I hung up. According to Google BT never make such calls.

The woman was getting irate because I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested. In the end I told her I was ending the call. I hate being rude to these people but sometimes you just want to tell them to eff off and leave you alone. They are persistent and I feel dangerous to certain members of the public who are vulnerable and taken in by their rubbish.
