Argos Derby kept texting me on Friday evening telling me my order is on its way to me. But its not my name and not even the right country. I havent ordered anything and Im in Scotland!! The delivery drivrr called me when he was 20 mins away from delivering it. I told him I doubt you woill be able to do that as Im in Scotland. After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
