Amazon banking scam

Purported to be from Microsoft about computer security etc "Austin" was very aggressive and on multiple occasions asked questions in the hope of my response being to say "Yes". He was very loud and intimidating. I eventually asked him to hold the line and left the 'phone sitting on the desk, when I returned he had disappeared. I have logged the call in the choices below at dangerous but I also consider it annoying or harassing.

Someone called our offices and abused our admin assistant, when rang back to ask why they did this the number was unobtainable. whoever called upset a young lady enough for her to start crying and need to be sent home with another member of staff.
