Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. Lowest form of scum these people no better than bogus callers who steal from the elderly.
