Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.

I said you phoned me so you must have my information and he said yes I have got your address but I need to go through security questions first. He asked for my date of birth and I said I can give you my postcode and house number and he said that is not enough. I said well who else would know that and answer my mobile?!? I said I wasn t prepared to give them

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

Indian sounding female. Said she was calling from London IT support. She wanted to "help" me fix my PC. I played along for a minute just to let her think she had me, then i told her to F Off and to get an honest job. She hung up. Disgusting practice, she should be in prison along with her bosses.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated - all the same range) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing. Did someone answer any number of this range?
