It IS Sky and if you ask them they will openly state they got your number from a third party. IE, they bought it. Have you done a survey of ANY kind? If so that is how your number is passed to them. They will apologise and remove your number from their database if you request it.

This number called me at 7.30pm on a Tuesday. I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number. They didn't leave a voicemail. Couldn't find much info on google about this number.
