Called claiming to be from Claims Advice Centre regarding an accident I had been involved in. Very rude and aggressive when I pressed on which particular company they were with as that was not one I knew and had been involved with. Eventually when they sensed I was not going to disclose any details he told me he was finishing the phone call :-)

Don t very often speak to cold callers but did today and was told it was a government backed scheme to replace old windows with new at discounted prices. I told the guy I was not interested at the moment, he said if I had a quote now I could keep that quote until I needed to replace my existing windows. Vanquis bank vultures who have many different numbers and will call you anytime during day and night. They are very impolite to try and get a missed payment out of you or to try and get you to pay more and don't care if you can't afford too.
