I have had several calls a day from this number in the past week on my mobile phone not landline .We are virgin customers but I have never answered. unfortunately unable to block.Really annoying they call all times of day and evening but I will never answer so hopefully in the end they will give up! SCAM Automated call from "Amazon", confirming renewal of Amazon Prime for one year for £71 plus. Given options of "Press 1 for this, 2 for that." Of course I have not renewed an Amazon Prime membership - didn't have one to renew. I said nothing, pressed no buttons, and after about 30 seconds of silence the line dropped. It's likely they would have asked for my cc details so the could confirm/reverse the charge; I'll never know :-)

Evasive as to who they were when I asked who was calling. When I told them they weren't being specific enough, and to put us on their do not call list, they flipped out. I hung up, and they called right back. Thankfully I have OOMA and just added them to my blocked list.
I got a call from this number with an recorded voice telling me that my credit card had been used on Amazon. I know that my credit card company never calls my phone number so i put the phone down before the end of the call.
Claimed my account at Barclays had been suspended to contact them asap. I don't even bank with Barclays!!
