My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

This number called me this morning saying she was from Royal Mail I had a parcel held in there depot did I want to know how to get it as I he'd he'd an e Mail saying my per cel was coming today and a message both from Royal Mail and this phone call but the lady had a foreign accent and could not say my name right I told her it was a scam call and I would be reporting it as such she emediatly hung up
