Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.

What sounded like a VERY stoned man claiming I had had an accident and wanted me to make a claim. Could not seem to understand the seven times I told him I had NEVER had an accident and to stop calling! Has called 18 times this week! Only way to stop them is to answer and tell them to sod off!
