I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)
Called and texted about an accident I ve never had
2 phone calls within 2 minutes of each other, from number 07921057599. It was a recorded message apparently from Amazon Prime... They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! LOL I have had dozens of these phone calls during Covid Lockdown, the parasites don't give up do they?

Got a call on my mobile to say that my name has been associated with a tax fraud. This is a false allegation. Call asked me to press '1' to talk to HMRC. Naturally I hung up the call immediately.
020 is the code for London. The 8 afterwards denotes outer London. But if you want the specific address, you'll have to phone the number!
They called. Left no message. Unable to call back them back. Annoying. Originated from... Scotland?

Automated voice claiming to be from HMRC, informing of a tax fraud case and legal action. Gave absolutely no evidence. HMRC don't use automated calls for this.

TAXES / HMRC this is a scam caller, I dont know if they have targeted anyone else, they phoned my boyfriend pretending to be HMRC and that there was something wrong with one of his books and that he needed to press 1 and carry on to an advisor etc. We have contact HMRC about this and they are fully aware that this kind of phone call is happening. We tried to phone the nunber back but it does a long beep and then hangs up, which we a reckoning it is an actual scam machine that dials random phone numbers

Claiming to be BT, saying getting reports that my router/internet speed is not as it should be. Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. Same thing happened on 2nd time of not understanding.....but this time he hung up. Suspect not BT at all.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT but not sure why a British company would use someone ( or voice generation software) with a mid-Atlantic accent to deliver a message to a UK-based customer. Some rubbish about disconnecting my Internet if I don t follow instructions which, undoubtedly, would involve me in racking-up a huge phone bill, i.e. if press either 1 or 2 as instructed. I hung-up. A variation on the SCAM calls from India about problems with internet account.
